Interactive kiosk research
The Sev7n Summit qualification kiosk, operated by attendees themselves on the event floor.
Problem
Sev7n Summit is Eduzz's annual event, with thousands of attendees — that's the context where qualification research had to happen. It usually ends up as a form: passive, long, ignored amid so many people. The qualification that could happen right there — with the customer engaged, present — gets lost for lack of a concrete reason for them to stop and identify themselves.
Solution
I turned the research into an interactive station designed for the event context: a fixed 27" touch kiosk that attendees operate themselves, with no one beside them to explain it.
The dedicated hardware signals that it's an official Eduzz station — not a promoter's device — and the interface pulls the Sev7n Summit key visual into the station so it becomes part of the campaign.
On completion, attendees got content right away: collection became exchange.
